- We do not accept any returns or issue refunds unless there is an issue with the product.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at hello@rumbletums.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Return and Refund Process
- To initiate a refund or replacement, please email our customer service team at hello@rumbletums.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the defective or damaged product, if applicable
- Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
- If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or send out a replacement order, depending on your preference.

2. Exchanges

Exchanging Items
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@rumbletums.com.
