When will my Rumble Tums meals be delivered?
Orders placed before midnight on Monday are shipped overnight on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. This applies to both one-time purchases and first-time subscriptions. All recurring subscription orders are processed on Mondays and also delivered on Thursdays. If you're a subscriber and want to skip or edit your delivery, make sure to do so before midnight on Sunday. You’ll receive a notification when your order leaves us, followed by DPD tracking information on Thursday morning.
What’s the cut-off to edit or skip my subscription delivery?
If you're a subscriber, you can edit your meals or skip a delivery anytime before midnight on Sunday. After that, your order is locked in for the week and will be processed on Monday for Thursday delivery.
I work and am not home until after 7pm on delivery day. Will the meals still be fine to eat?
Yes, if the meals are still mostly frozen (ice crystals inside, cold to the touch) or slightly soft but very cold (near fridge temperature), they are safe to refreeze. However if the meals are fully thawed, we recommend putting them in the fridge and consuming them within 24 hours and not refreezing.
Can I still put the meals in the freezer if they aren’t 100% frozen on arrival?
During delivery, meals may partially thaw on the outer edges. If the core remains frozen or very cold (near fridge temperature), they are still safe to refreeze. However if the meals are fully thawed, we recommend putting them in the fridge and consuming them within 24 hours and not refreezing.
Are your meals healthy?
Yes! Our meals are nutritionist designed with a balanced array of proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats and up to nine (mostly hidden) vegetables per dish.
Are your ingredients organic?
We use lots of ingredients from organic suppliers but we are not 100% organic or certified organic. We considered this carefully but would have to increase the prices considerably to go fully organic and our goal is to help as many kids eat healthy as possible, and to be as inclusive as possible.
What ingredients do you use?
We use a mixture of organic, grass-fed, free-range, wild, sustainable and wholemeal or wholewheat produce from UK farms and suppliers.
What are you doing about sustainability?
We care deeply about the environment and strive to produce a sustainable and eco-friendly product. Most of our packaging is paper based and recyclable and our meals aim to significantly reduce family food waste from overbuying and leftovers.

You can find a list of allergens on the back of each pack as well as on the website when you select each meal.
What is the portion size of each meal?
We have small and large sizes to cater to the age and/ or appetite of your child. We suggest small meals for children aged 2-5 and large meals for children aged 5/6+.
How long do your meals last in your freezer?
Please consume within six months of receiving your meals.

Can I skip a Rumble Tums subscription delivery I don't want?
We operate flexible meal subscriptions and you can skip as many deliveries as you like.
What if I'm not home for my Rumble Tums delivery?
Our courier partners offer a 'leave safe' policy so you don't need to be in. Our boxes are designed to keep your food frozen, and contain ice packs wrapped in a wool liner. Your meals will remain frozen for many hours so you have time to get home and unpack them.
One of my meals is missing/wrong - what should I do?
We regularly cook fresh meals so sometimes if we have a lot of orders and the kitchen runs out of a dish, they will replace it with another meal from your order. Please do contact customer care at hello@rumbletums.com if you are missing meals though.
My weekly meals haven't arrived?
Our standard delivery window is between 8:00am and 7:00pm and your box can arrive anytime within this slot. If this window has passed, please get in touch with hello@rumbletums.com so we can resolve this for you.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no minimum commitment.
Can I order one time only?
Yes you can.
